Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Review

Resident evil 7 biohazard is a survival horror game published and developed by Capcom. Well, we are a little scared to enter the dark room but reviews have to made let’s take a look.

Reborngamers Review :

Resident Evil 7 starts when Ethan winters receive a clue about his missing wife Mia. So he follows the lead and journeys to the location, where he encounters a horrific family called the Bakers. This horrific family hunts down Ethan as he searches for his missing wife.

From the start of the game, this game is truly frightening. They have changed this game’s view to the first person to scare players more effectively. They have done a damn good job of it. Whether it’s entering a dark room, moving through the corridors it becomes terrifying when you progress through the game. This game is full of terrifying surprises. Capcom truly knows how to scare their players. The baker house is dark, it’s scary, and raises your anxiety to another level when you explore the rooms. The game has been designed so that players can explore each and every room, while constantly being scared of voices and music.

As if the game’s environment is not scary enough, here comes the Baker family. This game has one of the scariest and creative boss fights in the series. The Baker family is so damn tanky. The sensible action the player can do at most times is trying to block their vicious attacks and try to survive the engagement. Then there are monsters who want to rip you apart.

It’s absolutely thrilling when you flee in horror when discovered. Stay away from the mad people that’s our advice. A retreat will often be a much wiser choice. Stack your healing items you will be needing it so badly. After an engagement, you most probably run out of ammo or exhaust your flamethrower for just reducing the health of the enemy. After a retreat and stacking up on ammo you can go back to finish the job.

Exploration is the true form of scare tactics in the game while exploring you will have puzzles to solve which is relatively easy. This game lacks in the variety of puzzles it has to offer. But with a detailed environment, the visuals in this game is truly amazing. Complemented with its amazing gameplay and sound.  The storyline is compelling with excellent voice acting. The cut scenes will make the player more engaged to the already compelling storyline. The narrative of this game is acceptable.

Verdict :

A truly terrifying game to play, with all its amazing aspects. This is the scariest games in 2017. Well playing it on a pc was so scary, this game’s VR can be tried if you want a mental breakdown in the process. The series has returned to its ultimate form with this installment.
